From: stamm Excellent Marinade for Shrimp, Chicken or Fish Grilled Shrimp - The whole family will love! 1 1/2 lbs of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined. Marinade: 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard 2 cloves of Garlic Minced 1-2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar Twin or Splenda or both if you like a sweeter taste. 1 tsp Ginger 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tbsp Sherry or White Wine Mix marinade ingredients together in a glass or ceramic bowl. Reserve 3 TBSP marinade. Add shrimp making sure it is covered with the marinade. Turn over shrimp half way through. Let marinade for 20 - 30 minutes Grill on a medium high grill for a few minutes on each side. Baste with leftover marinade. And grill a minute or two more. I serve with short grain Japanese sticky rice. I am sure the marinade would work well with chicken or fish also. Yesterday I made this we had it for dinner. I was happy to see there were some leftovers. I thought "Oh a perfect for snack today." When I woke up my husband says "sorry dear those shrimp were so good I ate the rest of them last night!" I was so glad to hear he loved them, can't wait to make it again.
