Tequila Lime Marinade ~ from itsmary2

1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 medium garlic cloves chopped
2 medium shallots finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tst red chili flakes
fresh ground pepper

This marinade works well with chicken, fish, or shrimp.  Marinate meat 
1 to 
2 hours or longer.  It is delicious and very spicy.
