Also try using your protein and fresh salsa. I'm not sure if I shouldn't do this but I bought an organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar that is 0 sugar and 0 sodium. I also bought balsamic vinegar that is 0 sodium but 2 sugar. I thought I would mix them and add some fresh herbs. Give it a try. I hope the protein on your salad helps. One more thing. Try to make your own french dressing without the salt and sugar. I haven't ever had french but here's a suggestion. No salt tomato sauce, a bit of vinegar, brown sugar substitute and herbs of your choice. Maybe some water to thin. Here are a few other dressings GARLIC DRESSING 2T lemon juice 1 garlic clove minced pinch of cayenne pepper 2 T no salt tomato sauce 1 t dill LEMON DRESSING juice 2 lemons 1 - 2 garlic cloves minced you can add to this, put it in your blender and add a cucumber. or other veggies.
