Fruit Syrup from Provida Chat Forum member Annie angelvoice Hi everybody, I was trying to make a fruit drink today and discovered a way to make syrup. I know that there are already different syrup recipies, but I thought I'd let everyone know of this one. Here are the ingredients: 1 bag of frozen rasberries 1 bag of thawed blueberries 2 packets of splenda sugar substitute (or any kind) Directions: Take your bag of frozen rasberries and mix it together in a food processor (mix alone), remember not to thaw them. Then when the rasberries are mixed, add the blueberries and don't drain the liquid, add it, too. Then mix again in food processor. Then add 2 packets of Splenda (or any sugr substitute) and mix in the food processor with the blueberries and the rasberries. You can add as many packets of sugar substitute ifyou like it real sweet. It isn't going to turn out syrupy, but the more you mix it together in th processor, the more syrupy it gets. But, I would add 1 tsp of water if you want it to turn out syrupy. Enjoy! Leighanna
