Egg whites From Yahoo group member mommyanimalover This is how I make my "scrambled eggs" every morning. I use about 1/4 cup of homemade broth (no salt) to sautee chopped onions and red peppers in a Teflon pan. Keep the pan covered so the liquid doesn't evaporate. When the veggies are tender, I add my 2 beaten egg whites. Cover for a few minutes, stir, and it's done. It turns out nice and moist, and only a little sticks to the pan. I'm a B, so I usually eat a slice of pineapple with it.
