Cranberry-Apple Relish from Provida Body Makeover Specialist - AL 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1/2 pound) 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries 3/4 cup sugar substitute (Splenda, Stevia, Equal or brown sugar substitute) 1/2 cup water 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until thick (about 15 mintues), stirring occasionally. Cool completely. May be stored in refridgerator for up to 3 days before serving.
