Chicken, Beef, or Turkey, meal from Provida Chat Forum member kaldera This is one of my favorite things to eat on the 6wbm because it takes care of all of the groups we need, plus any body type can use because you can substitute the turkey for beef or chicken.. ok here is what you need.. I am just going to give you the ingredients you can make the amounts that work for you.. I usually make 8 portions , so it is easier, plus this tastes even good the second or third day.. ground beef, chicken or turkey (leanest) spinach (chopped & steamed) mushrooms (sliced) onions (minced) garlic (minced) egg whites steamed artichoke hearts (optional gives extra moisture) In a skillet brown your meat choice with the onions and garlic, drain the cooked spinach, add to your meat, if you are using artichoke hearts add now, after all that is thouroughly mixed, add your mushrooms, add your egg whites, and cover to cook the egg whites. YOUR DONE! * *if your family isnt on the plan with you and you want to serve them this, you can just add a lil parmesan cheese after the egg, to give it a wonderful flavor.
