CABBAGE STIR-FRY 1 Small head cabbage - sliced (in strips) 1 Bell Pepper - diced 1 medium onion - diced 1 large tomato - cut in thin wedges (I use 2 tomatoes) Low Sodium Broth - enough to keep vegs from sticking Toss all ingredients into a large wok, skillet, or whatever will hold it all. Add enough low sodium broth to keep from sticking, like a steam effect. Stir fry just until veggies are tender.
