Cabbage Rolls Take off all the cabbage leaves and put them in boiling water to soften it. Set them aside. Mix about 3 cups cooked rice, about 1 pound of cooked ground round, some onion, garlic, salt sense and pepper to taste. Add a little tomato sauce to moisten. Put some of the meat/rice mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll up, tuck in the sides to make a little bundle. Fill up a 9x13 pan cover with some more tomato sauce. Cover and bake until the cabbage is tender. There are no real amounts, I just dump and fix this up. Barbara in NC
