Bell Pepper recipe from Provida group member SGFbelle I had mentioned this to someone on the B body type board and figured I should post this here too for those of you that like bell peppers. Keep in mind that any color bell pepper can be substituted for any other. I just like all the colors.lol 2 Red Bell Peppers 2 Green Bell Peppers 2 Orange Bell Peppers 2 Yellow Bell Peppers 4 Tablespoons Water or Broth of Your Choice 1 Juice of a Whole Lemon 2 Finely Chopped Garlic cloves 3 Tablespoons of Finely Chopped Basil (Dry or Fresh) 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Preheat grilltop of non-stick pan on high. Core and cut peppers into lengthwise slices. Place slices on grill/in pan and cook until you see "grill marks" or browning. Place in a bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour into bowl. toss peppers until uniformly coated. You can serve it right away or store in measured pouches. Counts as Veggie A.
