Adobo from Provida Chat Forum member arroy001 I'm originally from Puerto Rico and over there we cook without adding much salt (if any). We instead season with spices and veggies. This other recipe is for Adobo. Adobo is the staple seasoning for meats, poultry, and fish in puertorrican cuisine. It's traditionally made with salt, but the No-Salt version is just as good. 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon dried oregano, crushed 1/2 tablespoon No-Salt salt substitute 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper Mix all the ingredients by shaking in a baby food jar. Store at room temperature.
