Bourbon Chicken (you know the alcohol cooks off & only the flavor is there) Saute 1 onion and some garlic in a Pam sprayed pan. Take out of the pan, add 4 flattened chicken breasts. Cook until brown add the onion and garlic back to the pan. Add 2 T chicken stock, 2 T bourbon, Salt Sense, Pepper to taste. cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is done. You may want to add some more chicken broth and or bourbon to taste. Barbara in NC
