The head honcho of the executive branch of the staff, you are a genius at exceeding expectations and surpassing mere fulfillment of minimal administrative duties. As Executive Director of the MSYO, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Executive Staff, including contacting patrons and MSYO beneficiaries, and making sure we have a sufficient and properly-spent budget each and every year. You will be asked often to execute the requests of the Musical Director. You make required things happen efficiently and accurately, while always maintaining your upbeat, positive, and friendly personality. You must not be one to hesitate to accept full responsibility for any executive decisions either you OR your staff colleagues make.
