It is the fourth of July and the sun is about to set as we begin to see some eager children lighting off fireworks in the sky, the smell of food cooking on the grill is making every ones mouth water and the sounds of the men sitting at the tables thru out the neighborhood are echoing with laughter and joy. There is a block party taking place in a suburb of Chicago IL; this neighborhood is no ordinary neighborhood. It is the neighborhood of Donnovan Midas; Donnovan is on his front lawn with his family and some friends enjoying the sights and sounds that surround him. The man sitting directly to the left of him is Anthony Christopher Edwards �


---ACE---
     So I said to him Don, don�t you think you should take this up with my manager when he comes back into the room.


---Donnovan Midas---
     What did he say to that?


---ACE---
     (Laughs) He told me �I AM YOUR MANAGER�


Donnovan stares at ACE with a strange look on his face


---Donnovan Midas---
     Ok� What was this guy smoking?


---ACE---
      Nothing! Turns out this guy was a blind manager for champ who had already fought his match and left the arena.


Both laugh and take a drink of there beers


---Debra Midas---
     Hey Don we are going to take the kids to the park to play before it gets dark and when we come back we are going to shoot off some fireworks.


---Donnovan Midas---
     Ok sounds good to me

Debra Midas rounds up the kids and takes them off to the park; ACE takes a deep breath and leans over to Donnovan �


---ACE---
     Don � I just wanted to say �. Sorry about Wrestival �.   I know you had your heart set on winning the Continental Title and everything, but you did put on a hell of show�


---Donnovan Midas---
     Truth is ACE every single one of us in that match put on a hell of a show and even though I didn�t walk away with the title, I did the right thing and I shook Patrick�s hand after it was all said and done and showed him the respect that he deserved after winning that hard match.
---ACE---
     Yeah he did a hell of a job also; I hope that some day down the line you will have another chance at the title�


---Donnovan Midas---
     Well it is odd that you would mention that. Funny thing is I was suppose to get some R and R after Wrestival to get my head back into the game, but then all of a sudden I get a call from the GM and he tells me that I have a Contendership match  at the next Goldpush�


---ACE---
     (Excited) Hell Donnovan that is great news. What title?


---Donnovan Midas---
     That�s the odd thing about it, not only did he take away my off time but he also stuck me in a match that if I win I get a shot at the title, but he wont tell me which title.


---ACE---
     What? That seems crazy but all in all Don at least you will get another title shot if you win. Who do they want you to face?


---Donnovan Midas---
     Another odd thing about the match is the opponent; it is going to be PSA�


---ACE---
     The PHIL! Why would they make you fight him for a title chance?


---Donnovan Midas---
     That�s the other odd thing about it ACE, he was suppose to get some time off also but the GM told me that he called up and canceled his off time and requested me for the match.


---ACE---
     What did I tell you DON! I told you that he didn�t have amnesia, he lost at Wrestival and now he wants back into the title hunt and he wants to take you out of it so he can have no one standing in his way against PDJ!


---Donnovan Midas---
     Well if that is the case ACE then why would the match be for a title shot that will be named later, if PSA wants his Continental title back why would he make the stipulation be a chance at the Continental title instead of a random title.


---ACE---
     I don�t know Don I can�t think of everything he has thought of, but I know for a fact that he does not have amnesia.


---Donnovan Midas---
     You don�t know anything ACE, all you know is that you assume he doesn�t have amnesia but truth be told so what if he is faking? What does it matter to me, I face the Phil in the Reno cup tournament and while I didn�t walk away with the victory I did walk away seeing eye to eye and walking away unfazed�  And also I faced PSA at Wrestival and once again I didn�t walk away with the victory but I walk away facing PSA eye to eye and walking away unfazed so I have potentially faced both of his egos and still ticking so I don�t see why I should be concerned�
---ACE---
     You know what I just realized right now Don �(Pauses) you have lost a lot of match�s so far�


ACE begins to laugh as Donnovan reaches over to the side of his chair and grabs a cup of water; he splashes it into ACE�S face�


---Donnovan Midas---
     Now see that is something to laugh about�


ACE begins to laugh with Donnovan as he stands up and walks away to dry off, just at that moment the kids arrive back from the park and the sun has all but set fully, the food is finally done and Donnovan sits down with a big plate and begins to enjoy the food�
As a hour or so passes by Donnovan is now standing at the edge of the street with ACE once again by his side and beers in both of there hands, Donnovan is watching with a huge smile on his face as all the neighborhoods kids are lighting up fireworks and enjoying themselves�


---Donnovan Midas---
     Remember that ACE, remember when we were kids and all we would do was wait for the fourth and smile with such innocents as each skyrocket entered the sky with such grace and made us all feel like we were king of the world.


---ACE---
     Whatever you say LEO, but can we get back on subject before the titanic sinks again.


---Donnovan Midas---
    You know something you are a smart @$$ and a prick�


---ACE---
     Alright fine since you are saying such kind words about me we can stand here for another five minutes and stare at the sky as you travel down memory lane �.  Do you want to hold my hand or something?


Donnovan pushes ACE to the side and begins to laugh


---Donnovan Midas---
     Ok I get the point say what you got to say
---ACE---
     All I am trying to say is don�t underestimate The Phil, PSA or whatever he is calling himself. He can draw you into thinking he is a guy who has changed his life like you and then drop the hammer on you and reveal that he hasn�t changed one bit, and that might cost you your title shot for a long time�


---Donnovan Midas---
   He is a changed man


---ACE---
     How do you know for sure?


---Donnovan Midas---
     How do you know for sure that he is not a changed man?


---ACE---
      You have got a point, but I got a feeling on this one Don!


---Donnovan Midas---
     Listen ACE (Places his arm around his shoulder) what are you doing tomorrow?


---ACE---
     I don�t know why?


---Donnovan Midas---
     Meet me at 2 pm at WpW studios.


---ACE---
     What are you going to do there?


---Donnovan Midas---
     I have an interview for Goldpush and right after I am done there I want to take you somewhere.


---ACE---
Where?


---Donnovan Midas---
     Don�t worry about it but I promise that after you go here with me you might see eye to eye with me in regards to the PSA situation�


ACE looks at Donnovan and takes a drink of his beer as Donnovan walks away to go near his oldest son and help him light some fireworks�.
