For example, ¡®Carrefou¡¯ is a typical foreign company in Korea. But numbers of branches closed down because of failure in economic penetration. Through this case, we can notice lack of legal advantages for foreign investment in Korea. To overcome this problem, government decided to build New-Songdo-City. Government, especially Incheon, expects that this project will attract many foreign investment companies and can be a hub of Northeast Asia financial.
