I used to live in a very small town in Pa, next to a lot of other small towns. Whenever people ask me where I lived I just say "the boonies" cause no one ever knows where I'm talking about.

This is a picture that was
taken on the main street of my old town.
There used to be a sign on a highway that described my old town as a complete small town shopping center and it also advertised the fact that we have free parking on the one main street of the town. In my opinion the fact that the only thing good about your town is that it has free parking is pretty sad. Now that sign is gone....wonder if parking meters are being installed....
After I edited this page and posted it on my main page, someone had the gall to write me a nasty e-mail critizing me for knocking the town in which he grew up and still loved....This man lived in a city in Virgina! When I asked him why he ever moved away if he loved this town as much as he claimed, the response was that the town couldn't offer him a career in his desired field....Exactly as I said!
