This site was inspired by discussion at the New York Times internet forum China discussion. A lot of people argued back and forth. A lot of views were stated and some good ideas and some bad ones. I liked to read and participate in the banter, but they closed down the forum. Where Does the Name The name comes from the time spent on the New York Times China forums. That forum began back in March 1996 around the time of the CCP hissy fit (also known as the missile tests). I began to participate in the forum and for some reason participants with views dissimilar to mine began to call me Ms. TKG.

Come From?Well, I thought it was strange, but after a while, what they meant as a put down to marginalize and make fun of me, I began to enjoy. It was fun to have such a moniker or appellation bestowed upon oneself by others, so I kept it. I set up an AOL account with the name mstkg and this Geocities account as well.
