giving them
any other choices, is an offense against history and an offense against
humanity.
The involuntary imprisonment of people with disabilities in our country's institutions for the sake of convenience and warehousing continues to be the most costly and despicable act of oppression and abuse visited upon our culture since Nazi Germany. Remember them.
