Tips for Parents
...often overlooked, but these can make a huge difference!
1- Remember to encourage successes, and persevere through challenges

2- Help your child to keep organized: notebooks and agenda maintained daily

3- Use the agenda to communicate with your child's teacher, whenever necesary

4- Provide a work area which is comfortable and minimizes distractions

5- Set a routine time to work on homework each night, even if this just involves reading

6- Ensure your child has nutritious snacks available
