� Secret Valentines � Next month, students will have a chance to participate in a favorite fifth grade tradition: Secret Valentines! Each child will draw a classmate�s name from a hat. Then, he/she will secretly deliver a small gift (abt. $1) to that person on four of the days before Valentine�s Day (2/9, 2/10, 2/11, 2/12). On February 13, students will bring in a larger gift (abt. $5-10) for their Secret Valentines and reveal their identity. Students must check with their parents before signing up since it does require some shopping. Participation is optional, but I encourage students to join in because it�s lots of fun!
