4 Core Aluminum Radiator

The pic above is  of a Be Cool aluminum radiator

This  is probably one of the best non- performance mods you can make to your stang. A heavy duty radiator is  basically a support piece for all those mods you make, in pursiut of going faster. The reasons to upgrade this are numerous, most importantly it helps keep your pony cool, which increases engine longevity & even helps in those hot summer days when your stuck in traffic. When you put in  better flowing heads, cam, intake, your engine is going to  produce more HP & with that more heat. This is one of the main components you'll need to keep those aluminum heads nice & cool so they don't warp.I got  my radiator used from a good friend for $100, it's a MotorSport 4 core Aluminum radiator. The reason to use an aluminum one over  a  brass unit is basically b/c of wieght savings, aluminum is more effecient at heat transfer, and takes longer to rot out.I noticed about a  15-20* drop in running temperatures in contrast to the stock piece. As a general upgrade this one is highly reccomended. Just as a little side note with less wieght over the nose, you may actually enhance wieght transfer when racing but the effect would be negligable.
