They sit at Joel's workbench, Suri leans over his shoulder pointing out the functions of various parts of his robot companion so that he can repair him.

As much as Joel wants to, needs to, pay attention, he is distracted by Suri's breath on his neck, the warmth of Suri's body.

Suri leans closer and his hand brushes Joel's as he points to one piece in particular. Joel bites his lip, his concentration shattered by the skin-on-skin contact.

Task completed, Suri sits back and places a hand onto Joel's shoulder, thumb stoking his neck. Joel's eyes shut. "Ready?"
