| Where Do Dreams Go? |
| Where do dreams go when finally they die? Do they just drift away to some dream graveyard hidden somewhere in the sky? Are they crushed to dust and scattered in the wind, not knowing where they're going, not caring where they've been? Or do they drift out to sea merging with the waves, then find their way back to shore, to some island hide-a-way? Maybe dreams don't die at all, just get lost in thought somewhere, buried in the depth of our minds, they just dwell there unaware. Then, at some future time when dreams are needed most, they gain the strength to renew, to emerge from the darkness to spark the flames of hope anew. Copyright 2003 |
