| Gambler's Fever Don't fall in love with a gambler, he'll only break your heart. He'll make you trust him, but tell you lies from the start. A gambler is a master of deceit, he learns well to hide his addiction. He even convinces himself that it's just a minor affliction. He'll steal from his own family to feed his gambling fever. He promises to stop, but that won't happen either. A gambler's only true love is placing another bet. He'll keep his family pennyless and always deep in debt. A gambler will leave you if you try to tie him down. He's off to the race track to bet on a new horse he found. Lotto, poker and horses are the things that fill his mind. There's no time for family , he'll just leave you far behind. A winning ticket excites him far more than you ever will. The life of a gambler's wife can be a very bitter pill. Don't fall in love with a gambler, he'll just break your heart. He'll spin you a web of lies right from the very start. Mary |
