| This years race is on Saturday, April 25th, 2009. Last years race had over 400 people for the Seventh year. We expect more this year.The location for the start and finish is at St. Lawrence College which is just off Montreal Rd. along the St. Lawrence river in Cornwall, Ontario. |
| The 21k starts at 9:00 and the 10k and 5k are at 10:00 a.m. The 1K for kids will be at 11:15 |
| There's plenty of parking, showers, km markers, gatorade and water along the course, plenty of food afterwards, prizes for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd of each age group male and female, draw prizes, T-shirts for the fisrt 350 registered. Large Prizes for the Top Three Pledge Collectors. |
| To register online go to the Running Room or Eventsonline button below or use the registration button and print it off, then mail it or drop it off at the MS office. You could also collect pledges to cover your event. All details are on the forms below. |
