Hello and welcome to Snape's Sanctum Sanctorum, a place where those who worship Snape (herein called 'Snapeists') can worship in peace.

This is a place to discuss what makes Snape who he is -- a human being. Complete with flaws, but still magical nonetheless. And I am not talking about the fact he is a wizard.

So please, leave your wand at the door, because we will tolerate no foolish wand-waving here. It is the power of the mind which drives us; and sometimes, when everything else has been taken, our mind is the only thing we have left.

9 AUGUST 2005: I realise it has been a long time since I updated. For this, I apologise.
However, events in my life have diminished the importance of updating this site. And especially after reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, I do not know if I can reconcile my feelings for Snape. Many seem convinced that it was Dumbledore's idea that he kill him. In short, I do not know what to think. A little part of me died when I read Snape do the unforgivable deed. I was more mad that Snape would kill (though we all knew it was possible, we played with the idea in our fanfics and fan theories) and kill so blatently. A paradigm shift, if you will.
So to be honest, I don't know if I will ever update this site. Feel free to read these articles and take them as they are. I don't plan on updating any of them for future books.
So enjoy these articles for what they are....
