IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED THAT MAP is obligated to pay and shall pay to LRP child support in the amount of $688.84 per month payable in two monthly installments of $344.42 each, with the first installment of $344.42 being due and payablefebruary 1, 2000, and a like pament of $344.42 due on ore before February 15,2000, andpayment of $344.42 continuing thereafter on the 1st and 15thdays of each and every month of the year until the date of the earliest occurrence of one of the following events with regard to a child the subject of this suit:
1. Any child reaches the ge of 18 years, provided that, if the child is fully enrolled in an accredited secondary school in a program leading toward a high school diploma or enrolled in courses for joint high school and junior college credit pursuat to Section 130.008, Education Code, the periodic child support payments shall continue to be due and paid untilhe end of the school year in which the child graduates.
2. any child marries;
3. any child dies;
4. all of a child's disabilities are otherwise removed for general purposes;
5. any child is otherwise emancipated;
6. Ocober 11, 2003; (Has occurred already)
7. January 5 2007; or (Has occurred already)
8. further order modifyng the child support.
Thereafter, MAP is ORDERED AND DECREED to pay to LRP child support in the amount of $751.27 per month in two equal installments of $376.63 withpayments being due on the 1st and 15th day of each month until the next occurence of one of the events specified above. (Occurred on October 11, 2003)
Thereafter, MAP is ORDERED AND DECREED to pay to LRP child support in the amount of $834.75 per month in two equal installments of $417.37, with payments being due on teh 1st and 15thday of each mnth following until the next occurrence of one of the events specified above. (Occurred January 5, 2007- This was the day his youngest child from his first marriage turned 18 years old. He no longer owes current support for those two children)
Thereafter, MAP is ORDERED AND DECREED to apy to LRP child suport in the amount of $667.80 per month in two equal installments of $333.90 with payments being due on the 1st and 15th of each month following until the next occurrence of one of the events specified above.
