| Dorothy V. Utz (Dottie) I was born in Carroll County. My maiden name was Dorothy Magin. I am married to Arlin Utz and have two sons, Dwight and Kevin, and have five grandchildren. I have served the people of Carroll County for forty-two years in mamagement. I am honest, dependable, have a good reputation, a great personality and I love people. I was elected to the Orphans Court in 1994. I was the first woman to be elected to this position, receiving the most votes of the three judges. Elected again in 1998, and still was the highest vote getter of the three judges. I have served as the Chief Judge since the 1994 election. |

| I am a member of Grace Lutheran Church and also a member of the Just Two Group. Member of the Orphans Court Association of MD and served as Secretary of the Association. Member of the National College of Probate Judges of Williamsburg, VA. Member of the Gettysburg Region AACA Antique Car Club. I have served as Vice President, Historian and News Reporter of Carroll County Board of Directors. The Orphans Court is a Probate Court and we have no issues to address. We are elected by the people of Carroll County every four years. I respect and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for voting for me. |

| John D. Carbaugh Appointed to the Judge of the Orphans' Court in May 2001 and re-elected in November 2002. I am married to Jeanne Carbaugh and have two sons and one step-daughter. Member of the Gettysburg Antique Car Club, Western Maryland Shrine Club, Elks Club, Board of Governors of Carroll County Farm Museum, West Carroll Republican Club and past member of the Carroll County Republican Club.
