| South Florida Engagement Party |
| Because our family's live in different towns, Mike's parents put together a formal Engagement party so Michele's Central Florida family could meet Mike's South Florida family. The date of the party was set for Easter Sunday, in conjunction with Mike's family's traditional Easter get together. This way Mike's parents aranged for the best possible turnout. |

| We arrived at noon about an hour before the party was offically supposed to start. We were shocked to find that Bart, Barbara, Chris (mike's step brother) and Tamara (Mike's sister-in-law) had transfered the backyard into a Easter/Engagement Wonderland. |

| As the day wore on, the tulips started sagging in the Florida heat, so the ever creative problem solver Bart wire tied all of the flowers together to make them stay up. |
| Tents and tables were set up around the pool all decorated in pink. There were pink baloons, live pink tulips, huge pink hearts with Mike and Michele's picture on them. |
| Soon Michele's family arrived and then Mike's family started ariving. The only hold out was Uncle Bill and Aunt Donna who were driving down from North Carolina. Unfortunately they had tire problems twice so Mike's step brother John had to drive up to Boca Raton to bring some tools. |
