History of Sinister Cain
Well this is the short and sweet version
Once upon a time, in the land of lost souls, there once was a band named "Sinister".
Jason was guitar player in it.
At some point, the singer left (NOW you know who's skull we have at the show! 
(just kidding) and John became the new singer, his nickname is Cain,
and henceforth everafter, the band was called "Sinister Cain"
(THAT'S spelled C-A-I-N).
