~.:R.u.n:.~ – Part Two: Feet

Sango kept running along the path. Breathing hard and wincing every now and then as she felt blood trickle down her leg onto the ground. Miroku was close behind her, simply looking down at the ground following the trail of blood, still puzzled as to where the blood was coming from in the first place. He was catching up to her though. He saw her long brown hair sticking to the back of her white yukata, which he “just so happened to notice” was becoming more and more see through.

 He ran faster.

This was becoming too much for him and he needed to know what was wrong with her. He had caressed her all the time before, so why did it matter now?  Finally he could hear her steady breathing. He used all the strength he had to throw himself on top of her. He laced his arms around her small delicate waste and as they were falling through the air, he held her close.

They fell to the ground and into the mud. He still had his cheek on her stomach, which he noticed, was inhaling and exhaling quickly and he felt her small petite body shaking. He looked up to her. She was looking the other way and tears were pouring out of her closed eyes. She looked at him for a second then turned away, ashamed. He put his hand on her face and made her turn his way. “Sango...what’s wrong?”

Houshi-Sama…I…I…” He got up off of her.

Kagome stood in the doorway, vaguely listening to InuYasha going on and on about how stupid Sango and Miroku were for going outside in the rain. She was the only one who knew what was going on with Sango. She slowly put one foot forward, and then went into a sprint. Kirara!” Kagome called out. InuYasha looked out the door.

Nani?!” he yelled to her.

“Kagome! WHAT are you doing?! Did you not hear what I just said?!” He started to run out after her and he grabbed her hand and told her to come inside.

InuYasha...I’m really, really sorry…”

He blushed. “You don’t have to be sorry…just come inside…”

“That’s not what I’m sorry for,” She ripped her hand out of his. “OSUWARI, OSUWARI, OSUWARI, OSUWARI, OSUWARI, OSUWARI!!!!!!”   She ran off leaving InuYasha In the hole she had created, Kirara close behind her. “Shippou!” she called, “Take care of InuYasha!” Then she ran looking for them both when she slipped in something and fell to the ground on her bottom. “Ow…” She muttered. She looked down and realized she had slipped in…”BLOOD?!” she was disgusted she looked along the trail she had slipped on and saw that there was a trail of blood. With footprints right next to them. The blood smelled bad. She managed a weak smile. “We-Well at least I know where Sango is…” She got up and kept running, with a patch of blood on her rear end.

Miroku looked down to Sango. She was…bleeding. Not only that but she was bleeding in her… “Pubic area?!?!?!?” He had let that slip. He was very scared. She hadn’t gotten injured in that place either!! What was he supposed to do?! Rip her whole yukata open and tend to her wounds?! Now that the thought crossed his mind, it didn’t seem like such a bad idea…

Houshi-Sama I just…I don’t know what to tell you…you know everything that has been happening.”

“Actually, Sango, I haven’t got a clue what’s wrong. When did you get injured there?! How did whatever cut you get there in the first place?!” She blushed. He really didn’t know. Suddenly she smiled. “Houshi-Sama…you…” She looked in his eyes. She wasn’t sure what to think of them. She had never seen them like that before. The only two things she could think of were innocence and…. “You’re lying…” she whispered.

“Huh?”

“YOU’RE LYING TO ME! YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON! YOU DON’T NEED TO QUESTION ME!! YOU DIDN’T NEED TO FOLLOW ME! BUT YOU DID ANYWAY!! ARE YOU JUST PLAYING WITH ME?! DO YOU THINK IT’S FUNNY?! BASTARD!!” with that she kicked his face and ran off. Miroku-Sama!” He turned around to see Kagome, and then he quickly turned around again, looking at the ground.  Why does everyone have to be in white?
