Julie's Wedding Shower Chicken Salad

5 cups diced chicken - 6 breasts
1 cup sliced water chestnuts - 5 oz.
2 cups pineapple chunks, drained - 20 oz.
1/2 cup green olives, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. currey powder
4 Tbsp. chutney

Toss first 6 ingredients together gently.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, currey & chutney;
add to first mixture and mix gently. Chill.
Just before serving stir in 1 cup crisp chinese noodles.
Serves 12
