SUMMER QUICHE SQUARES

2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper (Mrs. Dash or Lawry's)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup (2 oz.) grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions, including tops
2 small zucchini (about 1/2 lb.), coursely grated
1 cup (4 oz.) grated Monterey jack cheese

In large bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese; blend well and set aside.
Butter an 8 inch square baking dish; sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
Top (in layers) with swiss cheese, onion, zucchini and Monterey jack cheese. Pour egg mixture over.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F. 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool on rack.
Serve warm or chilled.
Yield: 6 Main dish or 20 Appetizer servings
