STEVE'S MEXICAN POO POO (Otherwise known as 7-layer dip)
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced, pitted ripe olives, drained 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 cup guacmole 1 cup sour cream 1 cup salsa
Spread beans over bottom of 10-inch glass pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients in the order listed. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Yield: 8 servings
