Parmesan Chicken

1 Cup Herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2/3 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine, melted
2-1/2 - 3 lbs. Frying chicken pieces

Combine stuffing mix, cheese & parsley.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter; roll in stuffing mixture to coat.
Arrange coated chicken pieces, skin side up, in large, well greased, shallow baking pan.
Drizzle remaining butter over chicken;sprnkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until tender.
Serves 6
