Onion Pie

Crust:
1/4 lb. Sweet butter
1 3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup Flour

Let butter and cheese stand until room temperature.
Add flour, mix thouroughly. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Roll out on lightly floured board til large enough to fit 8 or 9 in pie pan.

Filling:
1-1/2 lbs. onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in large skillet, add sliced onions,
cover and cook about 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add beaten eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees 25 - 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serves 6
