Korean Salad Dressing
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1 med. onion, grated (may substituee instant minced garlic)
salt to taste
Place all in covered container and shake well.
Great when served over torn and chilled fresh spinach.
Top with seasoned croutons or crispy Chinese noodles.
