JELLO CAKE

1 cake mix (white or yellow)
1 3-oz. pkg. jelllo (Lemon, strawberry, etc.)
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9/12 cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes

Topping
Mix together 1/3 cup lemon juice and 2 cups powdered sugar

Remove cake from oven when done and poke holes all over it with a fork.
Drizzle topping over cake while cake is still warm.
Spread with spatula so that entire cake is covered.
Topping will penetrate holes in cake.
Serve warm or cold.
