Hot Chicken Salad

4-1/2 Cups Cooked chicken, chopped
4-1/2 Cups Celery, chopped
2 Cups Mayonaise
4 Tbsp. Onion, grated
1 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Velveeta cheese
3 Cups Potato chips, crushed

Cook celery in boiling water approx. 10 minutes or until tender; drain well.
Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.
Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cheese and chips.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
