Corned Beef Casserole
1 15 oz. can Corned beef hash
1/2 of 21 oz. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 3 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, cubed
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
4 Eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano, crushed
Dash of Pepper
Pat corned beef hash on bottom and up sides of greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole.
Pour in spaghetti sauce; top with cubed cream cheese,
sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven.
Combine eggs, oregano pepper. Pour into casserole. Bake another 20 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 4
