Company Cabbage

2 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
8 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Caraway seed

Heat butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, garlic, and 1/4 cup water.
Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10 to 12 minutes.
Blend next 4 ingredients; stir into cabbage.
Heat through but do not boil. Sprinkle with caraway.
Serves 6
