Circus Salad
2 cups or 1/2 pkg. Jumbo elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp. Salad oil
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Onion, minced
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 cup Cooked ham, diced
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced
1 17-oz. can Peas, drained
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain, do not chill.
While still hot, srizzle with oil & vinegar.
Add onion, seasonings and cheese; toss well.
Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly.
