Mix: 1/2 cup oil
1-1/2 cups sugar
Add: 2 eggs
In a separate bowl mix: 2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ea. cloves, nutmeg & allspice
3 Tbsp. cocoa
Add dry ingredients 1/2 at a time to sugar, egg & oil mixture; beating well after each addition
Blend in: 1-1/2 cups applesauce
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
Pour into well greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 - 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Frosting
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 - 2 Tbsp. milk or cream to spreading consistency
Drizzle cake with frosting while still warm.
