BISQUICK ONE PAN BANANA BREAD
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 3 large)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2-1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches.
Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan.
Yield: 1 loaf
