Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When i was a child, i talked like a child... And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. I Corinthians 13:4-8

I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us. Romans 8:26

By grace, you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8
