Spring is here and the weather is slowly beginning to warm up. Bees are buzzing and so are the students! Many exciting things are going on in room 117.
Currently in Science we are learning about Land and Water. Students created models of the water cycle, learned how land naturally purifies our water. Students are also working in groups to examine how water changes land and creates streams and rivers.
In Math, students are learning division, percents, and fractions. We are also preparing to take the ESPA late April.
Keep reinforcing reading and math skills at home. Encourage your child to read daily and practice multiplication facts to increase speed.
