After 21 years, Raja Singh a former commando, who is paralysed from the waist down did the first civilian tandem jump in the Skydiving Festival on Saturday 21st August 2004 at Marina Bayfront.
After the jump, Raja Singh was saying if given the opportunity he would want to do more jumps..
Close to 4000m above ground, divers took off from helicopters and landed safely at the Marina Bayfront. Many of them doing this for the first time.
William Muk who won one of the 3 positions in the ebay auction took the 3rd Tandem jump for the morning. According to William the fear was when he first jumped off the helicopter and started tumbling in the air and feeling an adrenaline rush.
