I am a Guyanese citizen by birth. I now live in Sicily, Italy, but I was born in Essequibo, Guyana. My heart is still in Guyana, though. It is a very beautiful place, especially the creeks and all that comes with tropical rainforest.

I went to St. Rose's High School in Georgetown. I have many fond memories of my school days. Teachers' Day were the best as I was usually called upon to recite one of my own poems for the Teachers.

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I'm Just your average girl next
door. Quiet, fun loving, a non smoker and non drinker (I'm all for Orange Juice),
friendly and open. I'm a mother of beautiful Fidelia (12) known as Fifi and also called Peaches 
. I
look at life as humorous as I can in order to make my day brighter.
I like to write poems and lyrics, reading a good joke sets me cracking
up. Laughter is a good dose of medicine.
If you need a friend to lean on, or a hands to hold in the dark I`m gonna be there for you through thick and thin!
If I build your hopes, I will not shatter your dreams...for always we`ll
be a team!
When I'm down, I usually write a poem or two. It often helps. My main occupation was a Computer Operator back in Guyana. I now wear several hats in the business world as a successful Business Entrepreneur, Consultant and Planner. I'm also a Volunteer Youth Project Cordinator and when not working, I do part time Web Designing for clients.
Reading a good book in my spare time or
playing some challenging games, keeps me on the go. Or sometimes I gather ideas for my next project in lyric writing. I'm very interested in: - Nature, especially camping outdoors and there's nothing like the
sunrise, the sunset or a rainbow to get my mood right. Not to mention the moonlight.
- Cooking - love to try my hands at new recipes
- Reading a good book
- Dancing to Soca or Golden Oldies (pass my pillow let me hug and get a shot
)
- Summer - just love relaxing on the beach
- Web designing - the www world really fascinates me
I'm very interested in:
- History especially the Greek tales and mythology
- UFO's (I don't think they exist anyway...I have been studying the pictures
on net...most are hoaxes. However, it is still possible that there is
life out there somewhere.)
My dislikes:
- People who are very rude or inconsiderate of others' feelings.
- People who boast and pretend to be what they are not, especially liars!
- Racists
- Women beaters - even verbal abusing is just as bad.
- Snow and ice and...COLD! (brrrrrrrr)
- Fatal Errors, illegal operations, or lock-ups on my computer. (grrrrrrr)
