| This is a special Airline user check-in software; Whereas, every Airline have their own host command to link with workstations. Therefore it is quite difficult to remember all those host commands by one employee who work in an Airport passenger check-in counter (e.g. workstation). GENIE software has solved this problem and made common instruction from check-in counter(workstaion). Finally CLF server converted all those instructions according to the host commands. Work responsibilities, uses, link with CLF server and trouble shouting of this software have trained by Equant CUTE system engineers groups from England, Australia, Singapore and India. |
| Departure system in Zia Int. Airport has changed from DCS (Departure Control System) to CUTE system. NT Servers are directly connected with workstations instead of XIS. IP based departure system, protocol control of CUTE system, departure system network management are trainind from the begining of the CUTE system deployement in Zia Int. Airport, Dhaka. |
| To board the Airline passengers in Zia Int. AIrport, CUTE departure system uses three types of departure control pronters: IER512 for boarding tags, IER557 for boarding pass and IER627 for boarded the passenger in Aircraft. Maintain and troubleshooting of those printers are trained by IER Engineer from England. |
