My high school diploma was at full, I have completed all 4 years.
The certification for Building Construction all that certifies me in that
field is consisted of framing, dry walling, painting, staining, laying
oak floor, plumbing, and all things that are consistent to needs of
building houses. A reference for this would be Vincent Smith at the
Vocational Technical Center in Oak Hill, WV.
